Apply for financial aid for college at the Spencer County Public Library

The Spencer County Public Library and Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority will help interested parties apply for financial aid. On Jan. 26, 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., Gene Weis will be at the library to provide step-by-step directions through the process.
