Buckle Up Spencer County forms committee, to meet Thursday

Buckle Up Spencer County, a group dedicated to spreading the message of seatbelt safety, is forming a committee to brainstorm ways to distribute its message and encourage others to wear seatbelts.
The committee currently has five members, said founder Kristin Benham. The group will host its first meeting Thursday at 7 p.m. at the TruPoint Insurance Office. Owner Kristen Smith offered the office as a meeting location, Benham said.
