Briar Ridge Christian to host revival
Briar Ridge Christian Church is hosting a revival, with the final night tonight at 7.
Eugene Neyhart will be the guest speaker.
Special music will be presented.

Revival at Grace Chapel
Grace Chapel, located at 60 Ray Road, will host revival services today through Saturday at 7 p.m., and on Sunday at 10:30 a.m., with Palma Hutchinson.

Mount Eden
Christian to host July Fourth yard sale
The Mount Eden Christian Church at 12241 Mount Eden Road, Mount Eden, is hosting a church-wide yard sale Thursday inside its new activity building located across the street from the church. All proceeds from the yard sale will benefit the church’s Vision Building Fund. Some of the items offered will be furniture, household items, microwaves, a composter, jeans, children’s toys and more. Doors open at 8 a.m. and will close at approximately 1:30 p.m.

Narcotics Anonymous meetings will be held at First Christian Church weekly on Thursdays at 7:30 p.m.

Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery, at Ridgeview Baptist Church, will meet Tuesdays, with Solid Rock Cafe at 6 p.m. and meetings begin at 6:30. Child care is provided.
Celebrate Recovery is a Christian-based eight-step recovery program. Anyone struggling with an addiction, unwanted habit or hurt is encouraged to attend.

Wakefield Baptist announces
two gospel sings
Wakefield Baptist Church, located at 5517 Bloomfield Road, is hosting the musical group, Blessed, which will be singing at the 11 a.m. service on Sunday.
On July 14 at 11 a.m., the Shelburnes will be singing.
The community is invited to attend.

Women’s AA
A women’s AA meeting is planned for Saturdays from 5 to 6 p.m. at 99 Mobile Drive. This is the same meeting previously held at Spencer Christian Church. However, the location has changed.
The format of the meeting is closed, with discussion, organizers said.

AA meetings
at three locations
The following AA meetings are offered locally:
• Each Tuesday from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at All Saints Catholic Church, 410 Main Cross.
• Each Wednesday from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Spencer County Extension Office, 100 Oak Tree Way.
• Each Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Spencer County Extension office, 100 Oak Tree Way.

Wednesday night activities at First Baptist
First Baptist Church of Taylorsville hosts an array of Christ-centered family activities on Wednesday nights starting with a free family meal at 6:30 p.m.
Adult prayer meeting and Bible study starts at 7 p.m. in the sanctuary.
The meal is followed by interesting Bible study classes for preschool, elementary, middle and high school students at 7 p.m.
Transportation is available to those who do not have a way to get to the church. There is a program for all ages, so please come and join us.
