Why do we do the things we do? Why do we struggle, for instance, finding real, close friends? These are questions which often don’t bring the answers we desire.
Dr. Kevin Leman and co-author, Randy Carlson, present this topic in an excellent, practical, easy-to-read book entitled, “Unlocking The Secrets of your Childhood Memories” (pub. 1989). Much of this week’s topic will reflect on the teaching presented in this book, along with an example from my private practice over the past 40 years, along with a personal example from my own life.
