County approves budget, includes cost of living increase for most employees

The Spencer County Fiscal Court approved its 2012-13 budget on second reading last week with only a couple of changes.
Between its June 4 and June 18 meetings, the court had hoped to schedule a working session for discussing the budget. However, that special meeting was canceled for failure to schedule a meeting when a quorum (four of the six voting members) could attend.
