Cox graduates from nursing school

Shawna Jewell Cox graduated from the Galen College of Nursing on July 22.
Cox, now a registered nurse, plans to go back to school to study forensic nursing and hopes to become a nurse practitioner.
Cox and her husband, Roman, live in Louisville.
She is a daughter of Glenna Chesser and Roy Dale and Celia Jewell of Taylorsville.
Her grandparents are Carletta Jewell, the late Kenneth Jewell and the late Ivy and Leon Chesser, all of Taylorsville.
