Faith For Today: Thoughts for Thanksgiving

  My first thought for thanksgiving this year is that sometimes it is hard to give thanks.  That does not mean that we should not, or that we cannot give thanks, just that sometimes it is hard to look past our circumstances.

My second thought is that circumstances are always temporary.  The terrible troubles of today are rarely the same as the troubles we faced even a year ago.  By the same token, our current blessing may be very different than the struggles we were facing even a few months ago.  Circumstances change, they are always temporary.
