The following grand jury indictments were recorded in Spencer County Circuit Court December 3, 2008:

• Earl Thomas David (no address provided) was cited with one count of an unlawful transaction with a minor, a class D felony. The charge stems from an incident that occurred around May 19, 2008, when David allegedly committed an offense when he knowingly induced, assisted, or caused a minor to engage in illegal controlled substances activity.
