Grand jury indictments

The following people were indicted by the Spencer County Grand jury on September 4, 2008:

• Carol Chandler, of 6308 Apex Drive in Louisville, and Charles Norton, of 210 Mike Brown Lane in Taylorsville, were both charged with robbery in second degree - complicity around July 28. Chandler and Norton were also charged with theft of over $300 and receiving stolen property. All charges are felonies.
