Two Mt. Eden men have been indicted for making meth by Spencer County’s grand jury.
Joshua Sherrard, of 4135 Mill Road, and Christopher Yates, of 5616 Mill Road, will both be tried for manufacturing methamphetamine after Sheriff’s Deputy Gordon Miles allegedly found them in possession of two chemicals and/or pieces of equipment used to make the illegal substance in March. If convicted of the charge, the defendants could serve a sentence of 10 to 20 years in prison.
