Groin stabbing case moves on to grand jury

-A A +A
By Shannon Brock

A Spencer County woman accused of stabbing her husband in the groin now waits to see if she will be indicted, which would send her case to circuit court.
The case of Nicole L. Early, 40, came before Judge Linda Armstrong in Spencer District Court on Friday. Armstrong found probable cause in the case and is referring it to the Spencer County Grand Jury.
If indicted, Early’s case will proceed through the circuit court system. If she is not, the case will not continue.
