Congressman Brett Guthrie announced Friday that the 2013 Congressional Art Competition has begun.
“This is a great opportunity to engage our country’s youth in a competitive challenge,” said Congressman Guthrie. “Each year we look forward to viewing the beautiful artwork that students submit.”
All high school students (grades 9-12) are encouraged to submit artwork for the competition. The first place winner will receive two airplane tickets to fly to Washington, D.C. to view their artwork on display and attend a reception.
