Guthrie announces art competition

Congressman Brett Guthrie announced Friday the details of the 2012 Congressional Art Competition.
Each spring, the members of the U.S. House of Representatives Congressional Arts Caucus sponsor a nation-wide high school arts competition. The contest is an opportunity to recognize and encourage the artistic talent in the nation, as well as in each Congressional District. The contest is open to all high school students.
