The man who reportedly used his neighbor’s stolen truck as a battering ram to break into Froman’s pharmacy last December has been formally indicted by the Spencer County Grand Jury with 23 felony counts.
John Tyler Nation, of 298 Elk Creek Road, is facing nine counts of theft of a controlled substance, and 16 counts for theft of a legend drug, first offense. All are considered Class D felonies and if convicted could potentially carry a sentence of one to five years imprisonment for each count or a fine of not less than $1,000 and no more than $10,000.
