Kentucky among states granted NCLB flexibility

The United States Department of Education announced Thursday that Kentucky will be included in the 10 states granted flexibility under the federal No Child Left Behind/Elementary and Secondary Education Act — and that means major changes for schools here in Spencer County and across the state.
