A Taylorsville woman known in Spencer and surrounding counties for a failed attempt to have Family Court Judge John David Myles arrested was arraigned Friday on a felony charge of intimidating a participant in the legal process.
Deborah Klotz, 53, of Taylorsville, was arrested July 27 at 4:30 p.m. by Spencer County Sheriff Donald “Buddy” Stump after Master Commissioner and local attorney Charles Tichenor reported that an attempt to follow a court order to execute an auction contract on behalf of Klotz pursuant to a divorce settlement went awry.
