LETTER: Attacks on Drury nearly slanderous

I’ve taken about all I can stand of the unfounded belittling that a few people have been spewing through ads and letters to the editor, lately.

Yes, the 1st Amendment states we have freedom of speech. But some recent attacks, most notably on Bill Drury, have no grounds whatsoever. It’s to the point where I will call it slanderous, teetering on libel.

It seems the very vocal minority would like to give an impression of Magistrate Bill Drury that is anything but true.
