My name is Carmin Gaines and I am a resident of Spencer County, and I was born and raised here.  I own businesses in this county, and I’m the Chair of the Spencer County Democratic party.

I’m here today to address Judge Karrer.  Judge, while running for the position of Spencer Co. Judge-Executive, you had stated that if you were elected, you would make appointments for jobs in the county based on experience and qualifications.
