LETTER: In response to pool company complaint

I am writing in response to a letter I read in last week’s paper concerning the owner of Taylorsville Pools.

We have done a lot of business with Jim Kannapel since the opening of his store and we find him to be a very nice man.

We bought a pump for our pool back in May and had some trouble installing it. We called Jim and he immediately came to Wakefield to help.

In June, two days before we were to leave on vacation, our pool liner got a hole in it. Again, we contacted Jim and he took care of everything. He contacted the installer and made arrangements to empty the pool, install the new liner and even filled our pool back up.

We think Mr. Kannapel went beyond his job to help us out. People like him are hard to come by these days.

I would recommend Taylorsville Pools to anyone.
