Local students participate in North American International Livestock Expo Market Lamb Show

Congratulations to Sydney Warren, Courtney Jeffiers, and Darilyn Browning for participating in their first North American Junior Market Lamb Show this year.

The North American International Livestock Expo is one of the largest livestock shows in the United States and the girls enjoyed showing in the market lamb show. In Showmanship, Sydney Warren placed sixth in her class and Courtney Jeffiers placed eighth in her class.  Darilyn Browning participated in her showmanship class of over 35 youth from all around the country.  In the Junior Market Lamb Show, Sydney Warren placed in the top 10 with her market lamb.  Courtney Jeffiers and Darilyn Browning participated in one of the heavy weight classes. Again, it is a huge honor to participate in this show to wrap up the show season.  Spencer County 4-H is excited about the 2013 Show Season.
