Local students selected for all-district chorus

Students from Spencer County’s elementary schools participated in the all-district choral event Oct. 8 at Spencer County Middle School. Students from Spencer, Shelby and Bullitt counties participated in all-day rehearsals, and their fans arrived for a 5 p.m. concert that featured a half-dozen songs of various sorts. The auditorium was packed to standing room only.
