Twenty-four affordable apartments designed for low-income families has been scheduled to break ground later this spring, according to Roy Lowenstein, vice president of Buckeye Community Hope Foundation.
“These units will be very beautiful,” said Lowenstein. “I think it will be an asset to the community.”
The $4 million project called Taylorsville Place Apartments will be constructed on three acres located at Turnpike Ave. across from Spencer County Elementary School.
