A Louisville man charged with stabbing and then dumping a man in the parking lot of Elk Creek Grocery this past January received a new trial date last week in Spencer Circuit Court.
Paul C. Barr, 34, of the 1100 block of Lehigh Avenue in Louisville, originally was set for a jury trial this past August, but the case was continued by motion of the Commonwealth Attorney’s office.
On Thursday, Barr’s attorney, Stephen Wright, asked for a new trial date to be set.
