Mother and daughter win pageant

Jennifer Waldridge, pictured at right, was named Mrs. Heart of America Tri-County Region, and her daughter, Joslyn Waldridge, was named Baby Miss Heart of America Tri-County Region on Aug. 14 during the local pageant.  Both residents of Spencer County, Jennifer and Joslyn will move on to compete at the state level on Sept. 17 in Louisville. ‘This is not only a fun and exciting pageant, but also a pageant program that cares about their communities by being a food drive-based pageant,’ Jennifer said.
