Mount Eden man accused of shooting at, pistol-whipping girlfriend pleads not guilty

A Mount Eden man accused of shooting at and pistol-whipping his girlfriend last March was arraigned in Spencer Circuit Court on Thursday.
Benjamin W. Mobley, 59, of the 2100 block of Murphy Lane, was indicted in early December 2012 on charges of criminal attempted murder, second-degree assault and first-degree wanton endangerment.
