Christi Shindlebower battles an Oldham County player during Saturday morning’s contest that ended with a 11-1 loss to the highly ranked Lady Colonels. Shindlebower scored the Lady Bear’s only goal on a nice assist from Shelby Pfieffer in the first half. The girls are in the midst of a tough three-game stretch where they will face all three Oldham County squads, which are all traditional soccer powers. They lost 10-0 to South Oldham Monday night at home. The girls have a 2-4-1 record and have only one home game remaining next Thursday when they host Bullitt East for Senior Night.
