Boy Scout Troop 176, of Taylorsville, recently held an Eagle Court of Honor for Tyler Greenwell, a junior at Spencer County High School. ABOVE: Mayor Don Pay presented Eagle Scout Greenwell with a proclamation for his dedication and service to the community of Taylorsville.
