The Kibble Kart hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday. Pictured, in the center, are Steve and Melissa Baralt, owners, along with local elected officials and business leaders. The Kibble Kart is primarily a delivery dog and cat food service, but is also open the first Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the old fire station next to Elk Creek Grocery.
