On May 9, Kristen Smith of TruePoint Insurance Group was recognized as the 2011 Staff Person of the Year by AHA (Agents Helping Agents). The AHA alliance is made up of over 100 independent insurance agencies from the western half of Kentucky, Southern Indiana and Northwestern Tennessee. AHA and its members are a part of a national alliance known as SIAA.  SIAA is the largest alliance of independent insurance agents in the country.  As part of this alliance, members obtain greater market access, enhanced relationships with insurance companies, and increased agency stability.
