PHOTO: Troop 176 holds Court of Honor

Boy Scout Troop 176 held its Court of Honor on Dec. 20. Eight scouts advanced in rank and earned merit badges.  Tim Gahlinger, the Grand Knight of Knights of Columbus Council 14234, attended the event and thanked the troop for their help with a holiday gift program for some of the elderly residents of Spencer County.
