The Spencer County GOP Lincoln Day Dinner attracted some of Kentucky’s highest ranking elected officials. Hundreds turned out Friday night at the Spencer Christian Church auditorium to hear the likes of Mitch McConnell, Rand Paul and Thomas Massie.
