Tony D. Hilbert. Charges 1,2,3 and 5 merged with charge #4. Charge #4, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, .08, second offense. Pled guilty. Sentenced to 7 days, 12-month suspension of operator’s license, enroll in ADEP, $878 fine and court costs.

Armando Vazquez-Lopez. Charge #1, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, first offense. Pled guilty. $500 fine plus $143 court costs. Charge #2, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Pled guilty. $50 fine.

Bradley T. Rogers. Speeding 26 mph over/ greater. Pled guilty. $100 fine plus $143 court costs.

Michael A. Varble. Speeding 26 mph over/greater. Pled guilty. $237 fine and court costs.

Misdemeanor:

Jeremy A. Chesser. Assault 4th degree domestic violence, no visible injury. Amended to disorderly conduct. Pled guilty. Sentenced to 90 days, $153 court costs.

Felony:

William D. Hayes. Burglary 2nd degree. Waived to grand jury.

Anthony C. Jordan. Receiving stolen property over $300. Waived to grand jury.

Thomam L. King. Receiving stolen property over $300. Amended to misdemeanor charge of receiving stolen property under $300. Pled guilty. Sentenced to 12 months, conditionally discharged for two years, $153 court costs.

Steve A. Nation. Charge #1, unlawful possession of Meth precursor, first offense. Charge #2, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense. Charge #3, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, second or greater offense. Waived to grand jury.

Joshua F. Sherrard. Charge #1, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense. Charge #2, tampering with physical evidence. Probable cause found.

Kevin R. Walls. Charge #1, speeding 26 mph over/greater. Charge #2, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs., .08, 4th or subsequent offense. Amended to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, .08 with aggravator, third offense. Charge #3, reckless driving. Charge #4, fleeing or evading police 1st degree. Charge #5, fleeing or evading police 1st degree (on foot). Charge #6, criminal mischief. Charge#7, possess open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Charge #8, driving on DUI suspended license, second offense. Amended to driving on DUI suspended license, second offense in 5 years with aggravator. All charges dismissed without prejudice.

Lori A. Wells. Charge #1, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, second offense, date rape drug. Amended to felony charge of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, first offense, further amended to misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree. Pled guilty. Sentenced to 12 months, conditionally discharged for two years, $153 court costs.

Demarcus Downs. Leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance. Amended to misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief 3rd degree. Pled guilty. $143 court costs.

Joan Goetzinger. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, .08 with aggravator, first offense. Amended to DUI first. Pled guilty. Sentenced to 30 days, conditionally discharged for two years, 30-day suspension of operator’s license, enroll in ADEP, $728 fine and court costs.

Jerome T. West. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, .08, second offense. Pled guilty. Sentenced to 7 days, convert fine to 120 days, 30-day suspension of operator’s license, enroll in ADEP, surrender vehicle plates, $878 fine and court costs.

Kevin T. Williamson. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., .08, first offense. Amended to careless driving. Pled guilty. $100 fine plus $143 court costs.

Kyle B. Robinson. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, .08, second offense. Pled guilty. Sentenced to 14 days home incarceration, 12-month suspension of operator’s license, enroll in ADEP, surrender vehicle plates, $878 fine and court costs.

Traffic case heard by Judge Haney:

Cody W. Robinson. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., .08, first offense. Pled guilty. 30-day suspension of operator’s license, enroll in AEP, $200 fine plus court costs.

Misdemeanor:

Tanya R. Hack. Assault 4th degree domestic violence, no visible injury. Amended to harassment with physical contact. Pled guilty. Sentenced to 30 days, conditionally discharged for two years, $153 court costs.

Anthony Jordan. Charges 1-3, theft by deception including cold checks under $300. Pled guilty to all charges. Sentencing on 4/24/09.

Fred Maddox. Non-support, first offense. Sentenced to 180 days conditionally discharged for two years.

Kenneth M. Mayer III. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., .08, first offense. Pled guilty. 30-day suspension of operator’s license, enroll in ADEP, $728 fine and court costs.

Christopher T. Yates. Violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. Pled guilty. Sentenced to 180 days, conditionally discharged for two years, credit for time served, $153 court costs.

Felony:

Joshua Bryan Graham. Flagrant non-support. Amended to misdemeanor charge of non-support. Pled guilty. Sentenced to 180 days, conditionally discharged for two years. $153 court costs.

Jacob D. Jordan. Receiving stolen property over $300. Amended to misdemeanor charge of receiving stolen property under $300. Sentenced to 12 months, conditionally discharged for two years, credit for time served, $153 court costs.

Michael R. Sallee. Charge #1, burglary second degree. Charge #2, criminal mischief 1st degree. Waived to grand jury.

Jeremy L. Schoenbaechler. Charge #1, burglary 2nd degree. Charge #2, criminal mischief 1st degree. Waived to grand jury.
