Larry P. Sharp II. No motorcycle operator's license. Amended to no license in possession. Pled guilty. $20 fine plus $143 court costs.

Robin R. Stephens. Speeding 17 mph over the limit. Pled guilty. State traffic school, $143 court costs.

Connie S. Stewart. Charge #1, merged. Charge #2, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., .08, first offense. Pled guilty. 30-day suspension of operator's license, enroll in ADEP, $728 fine and court costs. Charge #3, merged.

Ibrahim A. Fouad. (court trial) Charge #1, speeding 26 mph over the limit. Found guilty. $207 fine and court costs. Charge #2, improper passing. Found guilty. $25 fine.

William E. Wilson. Assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Pled guilty. Sentencing on May 22, 2009.

Dennis Michael Thacker. Charge #1, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., .08, first offense. Pled guilty. 30-day suspension of operator's license, enroll in ADEP, $728 fine and court costs. Charge #2, operating on suspended/revoked operator's license. $50 fine. Charge #3, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance. $500 fine. Charge #4, possession of marijuana. $100 fine plus $150 to SCDIF. Charge #5, use/possess drug paraphernalia, first offense. $50 fine. Charge #6, carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Dismissed, confiscate weapon.

Felony:

Ned E. Davis. Theft by unlawful taking/disp-all others-over $300. Waived to grand jury.

Anthony C. Jordan. Charge #1, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense. Charge #2, possession of a controlled substance, first offense (methamphetamine). Waived to grand jury.

Erik A. Langdon. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, .08, second offense. Pled guilty. Sentenced to 7 days credit for time served, 12-month suspension of operator’s license, enroll in ADEP, surrender vehicle plates, $878 fine and court costs. Driving on DUI suspended license, first offense. Amended to driving on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Merged.

Joshua Moore. Speeding 26 mph over/great. Pled guilty. $258 fine and court costs. Driving on DUI suspended license, first offense. Amended to operating on suspended license. Pled guilty. $50 fine.

Matthew R. Waits. Operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Pled guilty. $50 fine plus $143 court costs.

Terry A. Walls. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first offense. Pled guilty. $500 fine, $400 conditionally discharged with 12 months insurance monitoring, $143 court costs.

Michael Wuitowicz. Speeding 26 mph over/greater. Pled guilty. $213 fine and court costs.

Matthew W. Hardin. Pled guilty to all charges. Operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. $50 fine. No/expired registration plates. $20 fine. Improper registration plate. $20 fine. Speeding 20 mph over the limit. $183 fine and court costs.

 Misdemeanor:

Jerome L. Carney. Fleeing or evading police 2nd degree (on foot). Pled guilty. Sentenced to 30 days concurrent with state prison sentence.

Gerardo A. Hernandez. Reckless driving. Pled guilty. $20 fine plus $138 court costs. No operator’s/moped license. Pled guilty. $50 fine. Failure to maintain required insurance/security. Pled guilty. $500 fine.

Roger Anthony Holt. Drinking alcoholic beverage in a public place, first and second offense. Pled guilty. $25 fine plus $153 court costs. Carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Dismissed/forfeit weapon.

Harley W. Ford. Speeding 22 mph over the limit. Merged. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., .08, first offense. Controlled substance prescription not in original container, first offense (two counts). 2nd degree possession of a controlled substance/drug unspecified, first offense (two counts). Use/possess drug paraphernalia first offense. Possession of marijuana. Pled guilty to all charges. Sentencing to be on 7/17/09.

John Hume. Criminal mischief 2nd degree. Pled guilty. Sentenced to 30 days conditionally discharged for two years, $153 court costs.

Felony:

James B. Moffett. Misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, .08 with aggravator, second offense. Amended to no aggravator. Pled guilty. Sentenced to 30 days conditionally discharged for two years credit for time served, 12-month suspension of operator’s license, enroll in ADEP, surrender vehicle plates, $888 fine and court costs. Felony charge of fleeing or evading police 1st degree (on foot). Merged. Misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief 3rd degree. Pled guilty. To pay restitution.
