Charles M. Carriss. Charge #1, no/expired registration plates. Dismissed. Charge #2, no insurance, first offense. Guilty. $500 fine, $400 waived. $243 fine and court costs.

Kevin W. Douglas. Charge #1, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., .08, first offense. Guilty. 30-day suspension of operator’s license, enroll in AEP, $728 fine and court costs.

Juan C. Espinosa Jr. Speeding 20 mph over the limit. Guilty. Traffic school. $143 court costs.

Terry S. Goodlett. Charge #1, disregarding stop sign. $20. Charge #2, failure to produce insurance card. Amended to failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security. $500 fine. Charge #3, license to be in possession. $20 fine. $683 total fine and court costs.

Rebecca A. Gordon. Charge #1, no/expired registration plates. Dismissed. Charge #2, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt. Dismissed. Charge #3, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first offense. Guilty. $500 fine, $400 waived. Charge #4, failure to wear seat belts. Guilty. $25 fine. Charge #5, failure to notify address change to department of transportation. Dismissed. $368 total fines and court costs.

Chasadi Hume. Failure to wear seat belts. $25 fine.

Chad E. Keeling. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, .08 with aggravator, first offense. Amended to DUI first, no aggravator. Guilty. Sentenced to 7 days, conditionally discharged, 30-day suspension of operator’s license, enroll in AEP, $728 fine and court costs.

Anthony D. Rogers. Driving on DUI suspended license, first offense, with aggravator. Amended to driving on DUI suspended license no aggravator. Guilty. Sentenced to 60 days, conditionally discharged. $243 total fine and court costs.

Efren Salgado-Brito. Charge #1, speeding 15 mph over the limit. Guilty. $30 fine. Charge #2, no operator’s/moped license. Guilty. $50 fine. $143 court costs.

Phillip A. Stites. Instructional permit violations. Amended to no license in possession. Guilty. $163 fine and court costs.

Misdemeanor:

Christopher Adam Hale. Charge #1, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, .08 with aggravator, third offense. Amended to DUI second offense with aggravator. Guilty. Sentenced to 14 days, credit for time served, 12-month suspension of operator’s license, multiple offender program, $878 fine and court costs. Charges #2-6, dismissed. Charge #7, failure to wear seat belt. $25 fine. Charge #8, dismissed. Charge #9, assault 4th degree, minor injury. Guilty. Sentenced to 180 days, conditionally discharged, KAPS program.

Tony D. Howard. Theft by deception including cold checks under $300. $183 fine and court costs.

Donald L. Kendall. Charge dated 1/26/09 of assault 4th degree domestic violence, no visible injury. Guilty. Sentenced to 365 days, conditionally discharged, 60 days credit for time served, enroll in anger management/alcohol classes.

Donald L. Kendall. Charge dated 8/3/08 of assault 4th degree domestic violence, minor injury. Guilty. Sentenced to 365 days, conditionally discharged, 60 days credit for time served, enroll in anger management/alcohol classes.

Thomas W. Lee II. Charge #1, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Amended to no license in possession. $20 fine. Charge #2, possession of marijuana. $250 fine. Charge #3, dismissed. Charge #4, possess open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. $35 fine. $458 total fines and court costs.

Kelli Matthews. Parent/custodian send child to school, first and second offense. $500 fine plus $153 court costs.

Justin Glenn Tyler. Operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Amended to no license in possession. Guilty. $163 fine and court costs.

Joseph Wright. Falsely reporting an incident. Entered an Alford plea. Guilty. $203 total fine and court costs, plue $100 to Trooper Island.

Felony:

James B. Hardin. Felony charge of receiving stolen property over $300 dismissed. Receiving stolen property under $300 (misdemeanor charge). Guilty. Sentenced to 365 days, conditionally discharged, KAPS, $153 court costs.

Jeremy Norton. Felony charge of convicted felon in possession of a firearm dismissed. Terroristic threatening 3rd degree (misdemeanor charge). Guilty. $203 fine and court costs.
