The following cases were heard by Hon. Donna Dutton in Spencer County District Court August 6, 2010.

Traffic:

Joel Bales, speeding 20 mph over limit. $183.

Elisabeth G. Alexander, speeding 13 mph over limit. $143 court cost and state traffic school.

Shaun M. Dejaynes, speeding 17 mph over limit; operating on suspended license. Amended to no license in possession. $197 court cost and fines.

Jessica Hardaway, operating a motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense; driving DUI suspended license, first offense, aggravator. Second charge was amended. $878 court cost and fines; 30 days credit for time served; 12 months suspension of operators license; and multiple offender program.

Donna S. Hasfurder, speeding 19 mph over limit. $143 court cost and state traffic school.

Melloney D. Llanas, failure of owner to maintain required insurance. $1,143 court cost and fine; $900 conditionally discharged.

Darwin Nowacki, speeding 26 mph over/greater. $203 court cost and fine.

Johnny L. Oldham, obstructed vision and/or windshield, amended; operating on suspended/revoked license, amended to no license in possession. $183 court cost and fines.

John S. Rayman, no operators/moped license. Amended to no license in possession. $163 court cost and fine.

Jordan M. Shepherd, speeding 21 mph over limit. $143 court cost and state traffic school.

Dawn Tackett, operating a motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs, first offense. $728 court cost and fine; 30 day suspension of operators license; and alcohol education program.

Joseph M. Vicain, failure of owner to maintain required insurance. $643 court cost and fine.

Justin E. Vittitow, operating on suspended/revoked operators license. Amended to no license in possession. $163 court cost and fine.

Stacey Wildt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance. $643 court cost and fine; $400 conditionally discharged.

Radka Lindquist, speeding 15 mph over limit. $143 court cost.

Misdemeanor:

Thomas D. Byer, assault 4th degree domestic violence, no visible injury. $153 court cost; 30 days conditionally discharged after two years; and no unlawful contact.

Paul J. Cesler, unlawful transaction with a minor, third degree. Amended. $203 court cost and fine.

Donna Chesser, two counts of theft by deception, including cold checks. $183 court cost and fine.

Stephen M. Eifler, Jr., possession of marijuana; and use/possession drug paraphernalia, first offense. $153 court cost; $150 to drug intervention fund; 10 days to serve; 90 days conditionally discharged; Kentucky Alternative Program to administer random drug testing.

Donna Hasfurder, three counts of theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting. $153 court cost; 30 days conditionally discharged after two years; no contact with Froman’s Drugs; and Kentucky Alternative Program.

Sarah M. Mills, theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting. $203 court cost and fine; and $15 restitution.

Robert S. Satterly, two counts of assault 4th degree, minor injury. $153 court cost; 30 days conditionally discharged after two years; Kentucky Alternative Program to provide quarterly reviews.

Felony:

Donna S. Hasfurder, failure to wear seat belts; possession of marijuana; use/possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense. $178 court cost and fines; 180 days conditionally discharged; and Kentucky Alternative Program.

Laurin A. Schneider, theft by unlawful taking, under $300. Thirty days to serve concurrent.

Jenny L. Brumley, burglary, second degree. Amended to criminal trespass, first degree. $153 court cost; 30 days conditionally discharged after two years.

Sonya Gregory, flagrant non support. Amended to non support. 365 days conditionally discharged after two years.

Tabitha Pedigo, six counts of theft by deception, including cold checks under $500. 365 days conditionally discharged; and Kentucky Alternative Program.

Brian Troka, burglary, third degree. Amended to criminal trespass. $153 court cost; $300 plus 5 percent restitution; 180 days conditionally discharged after two years; and Kentucky Alternative Program.

Edward L. Litsey, III, operating a motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs, first offense. $728 court cost and fine; 30 day suspension of operators license; and alcohol drug education program.

Misdemeanor:

Robin E. Womack, assault 4th degree domestic violence, minor injury. $153 court cost; 180 days with credit for time served; conditionally discharged after two years.
