The following cases were heard in Spencer County District Court January 7, 2011, by Judge Donna Dutton:

Traffic:

Norma L. Stone, speeding 10 miles over the limit, state traffic school. $143 paid.

Ryan K. Bradley, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol, second offense, seven days served, multiple offender program, 12 months suspended operator’s license. $878 paid.

Joseph Chesser, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, $663 to be paid in installments.

Rickie A. Chesser, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, amended, $163 to be paid in installments.

Harold L. Collins Jr., operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol, first offense, 30 days suspended operator’s license, four days in an alcohol/drug education program, $728 fines.

Elizabeth S. Cruz, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, $35 fine; no operators/moped license, 10 days served, 60 days conditionally discharged for 2 days, Kentucky Alternative Program, 20 days home incarceration.

Samuel Ivey, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first, $500 fine, $8,400 conditionally discharged with a 5 percent fee, $1885.40.

Jeannette V. Jutras, careless driving, $163 paid.

Derick T. Logan, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, first, $500, $400 conditionally discharged; display of illegal/altered registration plate, $20.

Brandon T. Rakes, speeding 16 miles over the legal limit, $207 fine.

Perry R. Robertson Jr., speeding 19 miles over the legal limit, state traffic school, $143 fine.

Michael G. Walker, improper parking violations, $183 fine.
 
Misdemeanor:

Clarence Allgeier, breaking a local ordinance, $500 waived, cleanup successful.

Brooke M. Gearlds, third-degree criminal trespassing, $203 fine.
 
Felony:

Eric A. Doty, second-degree burglary, amended to theft under $300, 90 days conditionally discharged.

Brandon Pierce, third-degree burglary, amended, 34 days service, 180 days conditionally discharged for two years, Kentucky Alternative Program.
