Traffic:

Bradley J. Norris, speeding 17 mph over limit. $143 court cost and state traffic school.

Joseph A. Ashbaugh, speeding 26 mph over/greater. $228 court cost and fine.

Sharon C. Downs, operating motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs, first offense; and possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Second charge was merged. $728 court cost and fine; 30 day suspension of operators license; and alcohol drug education program.

James C. Huddleston, speeding 10 mph over limit; and operating a motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator, second offense. First charge was merged. $878 court cost and fine; 12 month suspension of operators license; 30 days with 14 days served; probation for two years; and alcohol drug education program.

William J. Kayse, criminal littering. $203 court cost and fine.

Ronnie J. Matthews, speeding 26 mph over/greater; operating motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs, first offense; and reckless driving. Charges two and three were merged into charge one. $243 court cost and fine.

Alexandra N. Nazworth, speeding 19 mph over limit. $143 court cost and state traffic school.

Joel T. Poldberg, reckless driving; and operating motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator, first offense. First charge was merged. Second charge was amended to DUI, first with no aggravator. $728 court cost and fine; 30 day suspension of operators license; and alcohol drug education program.

Vincent W. Ray, operating on suspended/revoked operators license. Amended to no license in possession. $163 court cost and fine.

Stephanie B. Smith, speeding 13 mph over limit; operating motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs, first offense; and possession open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Charges one and three were merged into charge two. $728 court cost and fine; 30 day suspension of operators license; and alcohol drug education program.

Anthony G. Valentour, operating a motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs, first offense; and failure to wear seat belts. Charge two was merged. $728 court cost and fine; 30 day suspension of operators license; and alcohol drug education program.

Misdemeanor:

Christopher A. Burt, resident fishing without a license/permit. $203 court cost and fine.

James A. Carney, failure to wear seat belts; possession of marijuana; and use/possess drug paraphernalia, first offense. $228 court cost and fines; and marijuana education class.

Shelby A. Mehler, alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense. $178 court cost and fine; and $100 to Shop with a Cop.

Blake T. Yount, no motorcycle operators license (amended to no license in possession); operating on suspended/revoked operators license (merged); possession of marijuana; use/possess drug paraphernalia, first offense (merged); failure to comply with helmet law under 21 years (merged); and failure to surrender revoked operators license (merged). $273 court cost and fines; and $150 to Spencer County Drug Intervention Fund.

 Felony:

Brenda K. Stump, failure to wear seat belts; failure to notify address change to department of transportation; and operating a motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs, first offense. Charges one and two were merged into charge three. $728 court cost and fine; 30 day suspension of operators license; and alcohol drug education program.
