Traffic:
Ruben R. Rodriguez Garcia (1974), speeding 13 miles over the limit, guilty; no operator’s/moped license, amended to no license in possession, guilty; $209 in fines/fees to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Timothy K. Englert (1986), speeding 18 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Timothy A. Keys (1967), careless driving, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs paid.

Cassie N. Milby (1987), speeding 20 miles over the limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs paid.

Adam T. Starnes (1983), speeding 10 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $163 in fines/fees paid.

Mary L. Barnett (1967), reckless driving, guilty, $20 fine and $143 court costs paid.

Tara B. Downs (1986), operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, amended to no license in possession, guilty; failure to wear seat belts, guilty; failure of owner to maintain required insurace/security first, guilty, $500 fine, $400 conditionally discharged; $333 total in fines/fees for all charges.

Mark C. Hendren (1971), speeding 25 miles over the limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs paid.

Htoo Htoo (1973), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs aggravator first offense, amended to no aggravator, guilty, $728 fine to be paid in installments/deferred payment, 30 days suspended operator’s license, Alcohol and Drug Education Program. 

Martin G. Malbone Jr. (1970), no tail lamps, $20 fine, $143 court costs to be paid in installments/defered payment.

Christopher Nation (1992), failure to wear seat belts, guilty, $25 fine to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Nicholas R. O’Bryant (1959), operating a motor vehilce while under the influence of acohol/drugs aggravator, first and second offenses, guilty, sentenced to 17 days, credit for time served, 12 months suspended operator’s license, multiple offender program, $878 fine to be paid in installments/deferred payment; driving on a DUI suspended license first offense, amended to operating on a suspended license, guilty, sentenced to 30 days conditionally discharged for two years, Kentucky Alternative Program, quarterly review.

Victor L. Parker (1956), failure to produce insurance card, amended to failure to maintain proper insurance, guilty, $500 fine, $143 court costs. All fines/fees to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Devin Thompson (1987), failure to or improper signal, guilty, $20 fine; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first, guilty, $500 fine, $143 court costs. All fines/fees to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Gene W. Thompson (1941), operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, amended to no license in possession, guilty, $163 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Willett (1982), failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation, guilty, $20 fine; failure of nonowner operator to maintain required insurance second or greater offense, guilty, $1,000 fine; speeding 12 miles over the legal limit, guilty. Defendant owes a total of $1,187 in fines/fees to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Madisyn P. Wilson (1990), speeding 15 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment; excessive windshield/window tinting, guilty, $20 fine.

Rimone Simpson (1989), speeding 26 miles over the legal limit or greater, guilty, $203 in fines/fees to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

William G. Hiser (1974), alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense, guilty, $25 fine; possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, guilty, $25 fine, $143 court costs. All fines/fees to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
