Daniel S. Gregory (1985), failure to operate a boat at idle speed in the harbor/congested area, guilty, $203 court costs and fines.

John Cornett (no birth year provided), noncompliance with local county ordinance, guilty, restitution of $162.64 to be paid.

Sally B. Crespo (1944), noncompliance with local county ordinance, guilty, $75 in restitution to be paid.

Al Thomas Futch (1976), alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense, guilty; disorderly conduct, first degree, guilty; $218 court costs and fines for all charges.

Donna Hasfurder (1969), theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, no contact with Dollar General Store, 45 days conditionally discharged for  two years, 15 days to serve concurrent, Kentucky Alternative Program, $153 fines and court costs.

Benjamin P. Jamrock (1989), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense, guilty, 30-day suspended operators license, alcohol and drug education program; possession of marijuana, deferred for one year, random drug testing, alcohol and drug education program; buy/possession of drug paraphernalia, defer for one year, random drug testing, alcohol and drug education program, a total of $738 in fines and court costs for all charges.

Bonnie L. McKinley (1964), fourth-degree assault with no visible injury, guilty, no contact with victim for one year.

Sharon E. Mealor (1960), second-degree disorderly conduct, guilty, 30 days conditionally discharged for two years; alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, guilty, $25 fine; $143 court costs for both charges.

Ryan T. Pence (1992), theft by unlawful taking/shop lifting, guilty, $84.43 in restitution to be paid.

Melissa Anna Strauss (1977), alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, guilty, $194 in court costs and fines.

Andrew P. Tatlock Jr. (1981), alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, guilty; first-degree disorderly conduct, guilty; $243 court costs and fines for both charges.

Aaron Turner (1986), alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, guilty, $169 in court costs and fees.

Ray E. Brown Jr. (1972), speeding 19 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $143 court costs, state traffic school.

Frank Buttera Jr. (1986), speeding 14 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $171 fines and court costs.

Juan C. Espinosa Jr. (1987), failure to illuminate head lamps, guilty; careless driving, guilty; no tail lamps, guilty; improper equipment, guilty; license to be in possession, guilty; $273 court costs and fines for all charges.

Leopoldo C. Lopez (1971), speeding 26 miles over the legal limit or greater, guilty, $203 fines and court costs.

Gina A. Waldridge (1965), failure to produce insurance card, amended to failure to maintain insurance, guilty, $500 fine conditionally discharged for $400, $243 court costs and fines.

Thomas A. Wimsatt (1987), violation of creel and size limits for fish, $100 to the Spencer County Archer Club. Charges to be dismissed if paid.

Diana M. Welch (1970), speeding 20 miles over the legal limit, amended to defective equipment, guilty, $143 court costs and fines.

Felony:
John F. Sparks (1988), second-degree assault, amended to domestic assault, guilty, 365 days conditionally discharged for two years; no credit for time served, defendant is serving 90 days; fourth degree domestic violence with minor injury, guilty, 365 days conditionally discharged for two years, no credit for time served.

James C. Wohner III (1993), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol under 21 years old, amended to DUI first offense, guilty, 30-day suspended operators license, alcohol and drug education program, $728 fines and court costs.

Melissa E. White (1976), license to be in possession, guilty, $163 court costs and fines.

Shawn M. Huizar (1988), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense, guilty, 30-day suspended operators license, alcohol and drug education program, $728 court costs and fines; speeding 21 miles over the legal limit, merged with earlier charge.
