Ronald L. Petri Jr. (1984), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator, first offense, guilty, 30 days suspended operators license, alcohol and drug education program, 15 days conditionally discharged for two years, $738 fines and court costs; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first, guilty, $500 fine.

Steve H. Hagerman II (1995), operating an ATV on a roadway, guilty, $50 fine and $143 court costs; no operators/moped license, merged with earlier charge; operating an ATV without headgear on public property, merged with earlier charge.
