Traffic:

David C. Crenshaw (1962), improper flashing lights, amended to defective equipment, guilty, $193 in court costs and fines to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

William C. Monday (1990), failure to wear seat belts, guilty, $25 fine paid.

Joshua J. Beard (1986), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs aggravator, second offense, guilty, $878 fine to be paid in installments/deferred payment, sentenced to 7 days and 14 days home incarceration, 12 months suspended operator’s license, multiple offender program.

Mark A. Bowman (1977), speeding 17 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Christopher S. Durbin (1992), vehicle a nuisance, noisy, etc., guilty; careless driving, guilty; failure to give right of way to emergency stopped vehicle, guilty; $263 in court costs and fines for all charges, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Norbert W. Frank Jr. (1979), disregarding stop sign, guilty; failure to use child restraint device in vehicle, guilty; improper equipment, guilty; paid $233 in court costs and fines for all charges.

Cherry L. Goad (1955),  failure of nonowner operator to maintain required insurance second or greater offense, guilty, $1,000 fine, $900 conditionally discharged, $243 in court costs and fines to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Russell T. Goodlett (1979), possess open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, guilty, $178 in fines and court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Henry E. Haris Jr. (1951), speeding 13 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school; no/expired Kentucky registration plates, guilty; $163 in fines and court costs for all charges, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Charles P. Keeling (1978), failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first, guilty, $500 fine, $400 conditionally discharged, $243 in court costs and fines, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Emily N. Kuster (1996), speeding 20 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

John K. Morris Jr. (1993), speeding 26 miles over the limit or greater, guilty, $203 in court costs and fines to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Lisa N. Nicholson (1970), speeding 12 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Brittney M. Christopher S. Michael W. Lewis (1975), first-degree disorderly conduct, amended to second-degree disorderly conduct, guilty, sentenced to 30 days conditionally discharged for two years, Kentucky Alternative Program, $153 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Deandre P. Hoskins (1993), also known as Deandre Ballinger, giving officer false name or address, guilty, 30 days to serve, costs waived due to indigence.

Felony:

Crystal N. Ethington (1989), fourth-degree assault domestic violence with minor injury, guilty, 180 days conditionally discharged for two years, Kentucky Alternative Program; resisting arrest, guilty, 180 days conditionally discharged for two years, Kentucky Alternative Program; $153 court costs plus $144.38 restitution for all charges. All fines and fees to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
