Traffic:
Larry Arnold Jr. (1984), speeding 13 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs; failure to wear seat belts, guilty, $25 fine, all fines  and fees for both charges to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Austin T. Barrick (1994), improper flashing lights, guilty, $50 fine and $143 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Edward J. Boughey (1964), speeding 14 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $171 in fines and court costs; failure to wear seat belts, guilty, $25 fine, all fines and fees paid.

Johnathan M. Maultsby (1994), following another vehicle too closely, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs; careless driving, guilty, $20 fine, all fines and fees for both charges to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Scott A. Breeden (1986), failure to wear seat belts, guilty, $25 fine paid.

Kelly A. Dooley (1976), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs aggravator, first offense, guilty, sentenced to eight days home incarceration, $728 fine to be paid in installments/deferred payment, 30 days suspended operator’s license, Alcohol and Drug Education Program.

Fallon L. Tinney (1987), speeding 15 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs paid; failure to wear seat belts, guilty, $25 fine paid.

Misdemeanor:
Jackie S. Showalter (1976), alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense, guilty, $25 fine and $153 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Justin M. Lay (no birth year provided), theft by deception to include cold checks under $500, guilty, $183 in fines and court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
