Lindsey N. Hayden (1986), speeding 10 miles over the legal limit, guilty, paid $163 in fines and court costs.

Ebbie L. Jones (1992), speeding 21 miles over the legal limit, guilty, paid $186 in fines and court costs.

Patrick G. Jones (1970), speeding 23 miles over the legal limit, guilty, paid $203 in fines and court costs.

Patrick C. Paris (1979), speeding 15 miles over the legal limit, guilty, paid $143 in court costs.

Karen M. Setliffe (1957), speeding 18 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs.

Robert G. Wessels Jr. (1986), speeding 13 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs to be paid in installments.

Wesley M. Cook (1991), speeding 10 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $163 in fines and court costs.

Wesley M. Cook (1991), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator, second offense, amended to driving under the influence second offense, guilty, sentenced to 37 days conditionally discharged for two years, seven days credit for time served, 12 months suspended operators license, alcohol and drug education program, $878 fines and court costs to be paid in installments.

Hubert R. Cornett (1985), failure to wear seat belt, guilty, $25 fine.

Cody L. Cundiff (1993), operating  motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, first offense, guilty, 30 days suspended license, alcohol and drug education program, $728 fine and court costs to be paid in installments.

Matthew B. King (1992), failure to wear seat belt, guilty, $25 fine.

Dennis J. Michels (1971), disregarding stop sign, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs.

Terence M. Ronayne (1960), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, first offense, guilty, 30 days suspended operators license, alcohol and drug education program, $728 court costs and fines to be paid in installments.

Jason T. Shelburne (1991), failure to wear seat belt, guilty, $25 fine.

Joshua C. Shouse (1991), speeding 22 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs.

Emily D. Jones (1987), failure to report damage, amended to KRS 189.580(2), guilty, $100 fine and $143 court costs to be paid in installments.

Earl B. Sharp (1979), reckless driving, guilty, $20 fine and $143 court costs; failure to illuminate head lamps, guilty, $20; second-degree fleeing or evading police, guilty, sentenced to 30 days conditionally discharged for two years, six days credit for time served; no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, guilty, $20.

Misdemeanor:
Wesley M. Cook (1991), theft by unlawful taking/disp-shoplifting, guilty, sentenced to 30 days conditionally discharged for 2 years, $153 court costs.

David T. Earl (1990), second-degree promoting contraband, guilty, sentenced to 30 days, costs waived due to indigence.

Gregory A. Gaines (1963), failure to have an effect/approved flame arrestor, guilty, paid $203 in court costs and fines.

James B. McCarty (1966), third-degree criminal mischief, guilty, sentenced to 30 days conditionally discharged for two years, $210 restitution and fees, $153 court costs.

Diane J. Peters (1969), alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, guilty, $25 fine and $153 court costs to be paid in installments.

Glen W. Elmore (1993), speeding 26 miles over the legal limit, amended to speeding 25 miles or less over the legal limit, guilty, $203 court costs and fines to be paid in installments.

Thomas P. Hatzman (1968), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, first offense, guilty, 30 days suspended operators license, sentenced to 30 days conditionally discharged for two years, Alcohol and Drug Education Program, Kentucky Alternative Program, $728 in court costs.
