Traffic:
Justin M. Back (1984), failure to wear seat belts, guilty, $25 fine to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Justin M. Back (1984), speeding 16 miles over the legal limit, amended to speeding 15 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $30 fine and court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment; failure to wear seat belts, guilty, $25 fine.

Salvador Gonzalez Jr. (1975), speeding 12 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school and court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Sayra Gonzalez (1984), failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first, guilty, $500 fine, $400 conditionally discharged, one year Kentucky Alternative Program. All fines/fees to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
John B. McAllister (1978), speeding 21 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school and court costs. All fines/fees to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Albert W. Nuss (1971), speeding 23 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school and court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Lizette D. Rodriguez (1994), speeding 25 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school and court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Johnnie O. Vincent (1960), failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance first, guilty, $500 fine, $400 conditionally discharged, one year Kentucky Alternative Program; failure to wear seat belts, guilty, $25 fine. All fines/fees to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Nicole L. Grass (1985), speeding 16 miles over the legal limit, guilty, court costs; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first, guilty, $500 fine and court costs. All fines/fees to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Misdemeanor:
Robert Jacob Marshall (1991), non approved/insufficient number/no personal float, guilty, $50 fine and court costs.

Mary Broaddus (1972), fourth-degree assault domestic violence no visible injury, amended to fourth-degree assault no visible injury, guilty by entry of Alford plea, sentenced to 180 days conditionally discharged for two years.

Ryan S. Iannuzzi (1989), theft by unlawful taking disp-all others, guilty by entry of Alford plea, sentenced to 180 days conditionally discharged for two years, order to return cell phone.

Stanley L. Milburn (1947), first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to second-degree wanton endangerment, guilty, sentenced to 180 days conditionally discharged for two years.  

Amanda Hughes (1993), receiving stolen property, firearm, amended to receiving stolen property, guilty 180 days conditionally discharged for 2 years; receiving  stole property, firearm, amended to receiving stolen property, guilty, sentenced to 180 days conditionally discharged for two years, to be served concurrently with the above sentence.

Felony:
Carl Barnes Jr. (1978), second-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified, guilty, sentenced  to 365 days conditionally discharged for two years; second-degree possession of  a controlled substance, drug unspecified, guilty, merge court costs with above case. All fines/fees to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
