Misdemeanor:
Terri M. Gross (1980), fourth-degree assault domestic violence with no visible injury, amended to second-degree disorderly conduct, guilty, $153 court costs and fines to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Joseph D. Parrent (1976), theft by deception to include cold checks under $500, guilty, sentencing to follow.
