Jamie D. Brown (1967), speeding 15 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $143 court costs paid, state traffic school.

Ryan W. Grothouse (1987), speeding 19 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $143 court costs paid, state traffic school.

Erik L. Miller (1984), speeding 15 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $143 court costs paid, state traffic school.

Patricia B. Amburgey (1971), speeding 26 miles over the legal limit, amended to 25 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $203 in court costs and fines.

Brandon L. Arnold (1992), possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, guilty, $188 fine and court costs paid.

Jason R. Binkley (1983), failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first, guilty, $500 fine, $400 conditionally discharged, $143 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Molly A. Chesser (1977), booster seat violations, guilty; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first, guilty, $673 fines and court costs for all charges.

Jenaro Leon-Leon (1973), speeding 21 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $235 in fines and court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment; no operators/moped license, guilty, $50 fine.

Matthew L. Miller (1988), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs second offense, guilty, 12 months suspended operators license, multiple offender program, seven days to serve, alcohol and drug education program, $878 fine to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Jonathan H. Nation (1979), failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first, guilty, $500 fine, $400 conditionally discharged, $243 in court costs and fines to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Melissa A. Ratchford (1971), speeding  20 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 in fines and court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Richard R. Robbins (1985), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs second offense, amended to first-degree driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, guilty, $728 fine, 30 days suspended operators license, alcohol and drug education program.

Matthew A. Sewell (1991), speeding 26 miles over or greater, guilty, $243 fines and court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Joseph M. Sweatmon (1982), failure to wear seat belts, guilty, $25 fine paid.

Stephanie Chesser (1978), fourth-degree assault domestic violence with minor injury, Alford plea entered, six months conditionally discharged for two years, Kentucky Alternative Program, no contact with the victim, $153 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Christopher D. Crawford (1976), failure of owner/operator to maintain required insurance/security first, guilty, $500 fine; possession of marijuana, guilty, 30 days conditionally discharged for one year, $150 fine; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense, guilty, $728 fine, 30 days suspended operators license, alcohol and drug education program.

Johna B. Hoskins (1974), fourth-degree assault with minor injury, guilty, 180 days conditionally discharged for two years, Kentucky Alternative Program, no contact with the victim, $153 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Kevin Houghlin (1977), fourth-degree assault domestic violence no visible injury, guilty, 180 days conditionally discharged for two years, Kentucky Alternative Program, no contact with the victim; third-degree criminal mischief, guilty, 90 days conditionally discharged for two years, Kentucky Alternative Program, no contact with victim.

William Logsdon (1975), theft  by deception to include cold checks under $500, guilty, no sentence noted.
