Traffic:
Anthony A. Allgier Jr. (1981), speeding 10 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
Misha E. Frazier (1992), speeding 16 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
Courtney A. Murphy (1990), speeding 10 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
Corry E. Adams (1988), operating on a suspended/revoked operators license, amended to no license in possession, guilty, $20 fine and $143 court costs, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
Cynthia C. Cyrus (1963), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs aggravator, first offense, amended to no aggravator, alford plea entered, sentenced to 30 days probated for two years, $728 fine, alcohol and drug education program, 30 days suspended operators license.
Vernon E. Farley II (1978), speeding 11 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $165 fine and court costs, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
Sandra M. Frank (1951), speeding 15 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs paid.
Lamon C. Miller (1987), failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first, guilty, $500 fine and $143 court costs, $400 probated, to be paid in installments.
Dana C. Perry (1969), operating on a suspended/revoked operators license, amended to no license in possession, guilty, $20 fine and $143 court costs, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
Aaron Q. Shindlebower (1994), speeding 18 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs paid.
Joshua R. Talley (1995), failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance first, guilty, $500 fine, $400 probated, to be paid in installments, $143 court costs.
Joshua A. Thompson (1994), speeding 19 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
Shane C. Keen Burns (1991), speeding 20 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
William D. Whelan (1992), speeding 13 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs, to be paid in installment/deferred payment.
Misdemeanor:
Timothy R. Greer (1972), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs aggravator, first offense, guilty, sentenced to four days incarceration, $728 fine, 30 days suspended operators license, alcohol and drug education program; second-degree disorderly conduct, guilty, sentenced to 60 days conditionally discharged for two years.
Lesa J. Holmes (1972), theft by deception to include cold checks under $500, guilty, sentencing to follow.

Ronald L. McMillen (1971), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs aggravator, first offense, guilty, sentenced to eight days home incarceration, $728 fine, 30 days suspended operators license, alcohol and drug education program.
David K. Powell Jr. (1978), fourth-degree assault domestic violence with minor injury, guilty, sentenced to six months conditionally discharged for two years, $153 court costs, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
Anthony S. Primeaux (1982), public intoxication with a controlled substance, guilty, $25 fine and $153 court costs, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
Joseph A. Treadway (1993), three counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, amended to third degree, guilty, sentenced to 365 days, conditionally discharged for two years, $143 court costs.
Joseph A. Treadway (1993), 11 counts of theft by deception to include cold checks under $500, guilty, sentencing to follow.
