Traffic:
Robert G. Wessels Jr. (1986), operating on a suspended/revoked operators license, amended to no license in possession, guilty, $20 fine, $143 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Brian T. Bargo (1991), speeding 21 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs paid.

Dalton S. Elmor (1993), failure to wear seat belt, guilty, $25 fine paid.

Chameleon S. Grant (1982), failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first, amended to second offense, guilty, $1,000 fine, $900 conditionally discharged, $243 in court costs and fines to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Taylor N. Jaggers (1994), speeding 26 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $203 court costs and fines paid.

Jospeh A. Keller (1981), no/expired registration plates, guilty; no/expired registration receipt, guilty, $183 court costs and fines, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Penny G. Shelburne (1976), failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first, guilty, $500 fine, $400 conditionally discharged, $143 court costs, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Mathew L. Stout (1978), speeding 21 miles over the legal limit, amended to defective equipment, guilty, $193 in fines and court costs, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Brandon A. Tsueda (1987), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense, $728 fine to be paid in installments/deferred payment, 30 days suspended operators license, alcohol and drug education program.

David C. Waldridge (1990), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense, guilty, $728 fine to be paid in installments/deferred payment, 30 days suspended operators license, alcohol and drug education program.

Misdemeanor:
Stephen B. Gary (1971), violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO, guilty, 90 days conditionally discharged for two years, Kentucky Alternative Program; resident fishing without a license/permit, guilty, $203 fines and court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Keith A. Haggard (1971), possession of marijuana, guilty, $153 court costs and fines, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Ronnie C. Hardin (1954), rear license no illuminated, guilty, $163 court costs and fines, to be paid in installment/deferred payment.

Terry L. Lindsey Jr. (1983), hunt/fish/trap without a license/permit/stamp, guilty, $203 in court costs and fines to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Benjamin A. Mullins (1961), fourth-degree assault domestic violence with minor injury, guilty, sentenced to 10 years conditionally discharged for one year, no unlawful contact with victim, $153 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Timothy R. Richardson (1983), menacing, guilty, 30 days to be served concurrently, costs waived due to indigence.
