Amber N. Martin (1983), speeding 20 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Lisa R. Terry (1963), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense, guilty, 30 days suspended operators license, alcohol and drug education program, $728 fine to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Jerome T. West (1975), operating on a suspended/revoked operators license, sentenced to 60 days conditionally discharged for two years, one day credit for time served; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first, guilty, $500 fine to be paid in installments/deferred payment; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator, third, sentenced to 60 days incarceration, one day credit for time served, operators license suspended for two years, alcohol and drug education program, $1,028 fine to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Justin C. Westerfield (1991), operating on a suspended/revoked operators license, amended to no license in possession, guilty, $20 fine and $143 court cost; failure to wear seat belt, guilty, $25 fine, all fines to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Kimberly A. Lewis (1977), speeding 19 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 fine paid.

Charles J. Williams (1995), speeding 16 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Misdemeanor:
Scotty R. Alcorn (1957), theft by unlawful taking/disp-all others, guilty, sentencing to follow on Feb. 24.

Felony:
Adam P. Clements (1984), first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, amended to second degree, guilty, sentenced to 365 days conditionally discharged for 180 days, two days credit for time served; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator, second offense, guilty, sentenced to 14 days to be served concurrently, $888 fine, alcohol and drug education program, 12 months suspended operators license; possession of marijuana, guilty, $100 fine.

Marilee A. Johnson (1991), receiving stolen property under $10,000, amended to receiving stolen property less than $500, guilty, sentenced to 365 days conditionally discharged for two years, $153 fine.

Caleb N. Newbraugh (1984), first-degree criminal mischief, amended to second-degree criminal mischief, guilty, sentencing to follow Feb. 24.

James E. Misdemeanor:
