Traffic:
Alexandria D. Leroy (1993), speeding 18 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs.

Allen D. Butler (1975), no exterior ID/improper display, guilty, $25 fine and $143 court costs.

James R. Depoyster (1970), driving on a DUI suspended license first offense, amended to operating on a suspended license, guilty, sentenced to 30 days conditionally discharged for two years, $50 fine and $143 court costs.

Jose J. Garcia (1984), careless driving, guilty, $25 fine and $143 court costs; no operators/moped license, guilty, $25.

Paul D. Jewell (1966), speeding 14 miles over the legal limit, amended to defective equipment, guilty, $143 court costs.

David L. Shepperd (1970), failure to wear seat belt, guilty, $25 fine.

Daniell M. Stringham (1985), no operator’s license, amended to no license in possession, guilty, $20 fine and $138 court costs.

Misdemeanor:
Stacey Robbins (1966), theft by deception to include cold checks under $500, guilty, costs waived due to indigence.

Stacey Robbins (1966), two counts of theft by deception to include cold checks under$500, guilty on both counts, $178 court costs.

David L. Stevens (1958), possession of marijuana, guilty, $100 fine and $153 court costs.

Kristopher L. Westphall (1991), careless driving, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs.

Elizabeth A. Yates-Waldridge (1993), theft by unlawful taking/disp-shoplifting, guilty, sentenced to 30 days conditionally discharged for two years, five days credit for time served, costs waived due to indigence.

Justin T. Robards (1985), public intoxication of a controlled substance, guilty, sentenced to 30 days, 30 days credit for time served, $100 fine and $153 court costs.

Felony:
Elizabeth W. Yates (1993), second-degree forgery, amended to attempted forgery, guilty, sentenced to 365 days conditionally discharged for two years, 21 days credit for time served, costs waived due to indigence.

Cody Cundiff (1993), second-degree burglary, amended to theft by unlawful taking under $500, guilty, sentenced to 180 days conditionally discharged for two years, $153 court costs.        
The following cases were heard by Judge Donna Dutton in Spencer District Court on Nov. 8, 2011:

Misdemeanor:
Jeremy L. Cash (1985), hunt/fish/trap without a license/permit/stamp, guilty, $203 costs and $50 fine.

Felony:
James H. Cox Jr. (1951), theft by failure to make required disposition of property, amended to attempted theft, guilty, no contact with Faulkner Meats, sentenced to 365 days conditionally discharged for two years, $866.25 due in restitution, fines and costs.

The following cases were heard by Judge Matthew Eckert in Spencer District Court  on Nov. 18, 2011:
Misdemeanor:
Jesse L. Brown Jr. (1966), regulations necessary to implement KRS 150, guilty, $50 fine, court costs waived.

Jeremy Deacon (1984), alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense, guilty, $25 fine and court costs.

Shelby L. Dillman (1988), third-degree criminal mischief, guilty, $50 fine and court costs.

Garfield Lawson (1945), motorboats to be registered and numbered, guilty, $203 costs.

Joseph Benjamin Rogers (1976), creel and size limits for fish, guilty, fines and court costs, amount not listed.

Derek G. Sines (1983), third-degree terroristic threatening, guilty, sentenced to 30 days conditionally discharged for two years, no contact with the complaining witness.

Shelby B. Winkle (1992), disregarding stop sign, guilty, $20 fine and court costs.

Nickolas A. Banks (1992), speeding 26 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $60 fine and court costs.

Christopher W. Buechele (1987), operating on a suspended/revoked operators license, guilty, $50 fine and court costs.

Stephanie Hardin (1977), failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance first, guilty, $100 fine, court costs, $400 on insurance monitoring program, Kentucky Alternative Program.
